This home has so many wonderful things about it but one of the best things is the location to wonderful parks and recreation. There are 3 great parks within minutes of this home.One is located 5 minutes just off Spring Forest Road. There is a track to walk or run, a playground for those who have little ones, a large picnic table area for gatherings under roof with restrooms attached plus a huge open area in the middle of the track for Frisbee or practicing golf,,, you name it... Fabulous! Across the parking lot there is also tennis courts and a baseball diamond. Now that's a park!
